MusicForge New Artist Ambassador Program

Terms and Conditions

The MusicForge New Artist Ambassador Program has been created to establish an international network of musicians, educators, cultural institutions and music professionals who wish to support and promote the MusicForge New Artist – International Music Performance Competition.

Participation in the Program is voluntary and subject to approval by MusicForgeStudio. By submitting the Ambassador Application Form, applicants acknowledge that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

1. Purpose of the Program

The Ambassador Program aims to increase the international visibility of MusicForge New Artist by encouraging ambassadors to promote the Competition through their professional and educational networks, social media platforms and cultural institutions.

2. Eligibility

Applications are open to individuals who are at least 18 years of age and who are actively involved in the music sector, including but not limited to:

  • Professional musicians;
  • Music students;
  • Teachers and professors;
  • Conductors;
  • Composers;
  • Arts managers;
  • Representatives of conservatories, universities, orchestras, festivals and cultural institutions;
  • Other music professionals.

MusicForgeStudio reserves the right to approve or reject any application at its sole discretion.

3. Appointment as Ambassador

Submitting the application form does not automatically grant Ambassador status.

Each application will be individually reviewed by MusicForgeStudio.

Approved applicants will receive:

  • An official confirmation email;
  • A personal Ambassador Code;
  • Promotional materials;
  • Information regarding commissions and promotional activities.

4. Ambassador Responsibilities

Approved Ambassadors agree to promote MusicForge New Artist professionally, ethically and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

Promotion may take place through:

  • Personal and professional networks;
  • Conservatories, universities and music schools;
  • Social media platforms;
  • Cultural institutions;
  • Concerts, festivals and events;
  • Any other lawful communication channel.

Ambassadors shall not:

  • Provide false or misleading information;
  • Modify official promotional materials without authorization;
  • Misrepresent themselves as employees or legal representatives of MusicForgeStudio;
  • Engage in spam, fraudulent or deceptive marketing practices;
  • Damage the reputation of MusicForgeStudio or the Competition.

5. Ambassador Code

Each approved Ambassador will receive a unique personal Ambassador Code.

Applicants registering for the Competition using this code will receive the discount established by MusicForgeStudio.

Only registrations successfully completed and paid using the Ambassador Code will be considered valid for commission purposes.

MusicForgeStudio reserves the right to verify every registration before calculating commissions.

6. Commissions

Commissions are calculated exclusively on registrations that have been successfully completed and fully paid.

  • 1–10 registrations: Free Competition registration (where applicable) and a 10% commission.
  • 11–20 registrations: 20% commission.
  • 21–30 registrations: 30% commission.
  • 31–40 registrations: 40% commission.
  • 41 or more registrations: 50% commission.

If an Ambassador introduces a new Ambassador who is subsequently approved by MusicForgeStudio, the referring Ambassador will receive an additional 5% commission on every successful registration generated by that Ambassador.

7. Payments

Commission payments will be made exclusively by bank transfer.

Ambassadors are solely responsible for complying with all tax, legal and social security obligations applicable in their country of residence.

MusicForgeStudio reserves the right to request any documentation necessary to process commission payments.

8. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, graphics, promotional materials, photographs, texts and any other materials supplied by MusicForgeStudio remain the exclusive property of MusicForgeStudio.

Ambassadors are granted a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use such materials solely for promoting MusicForge New Artist.

9. Suspension and Termination

MusicForgeStudio reserves the right to suspend or terminate an Ambassador’s participation at any time in the event of:

  • Violation of these Terms and Conditions;
  • Fraudulent or misleading conduct;
  • Misuse of the Ambassador Code;
  • Damage to the reputation of MusicForgeStudio or the Competition;
  • Any conduct considered incompatible with the objectives of the Ambassador Program.

Termination automatically revokes Ambassador status, the Ambassador Code and any future commission rights.

10. Limitation of Liability

Participation in the Ambassador Program is entirely voluntary.

MusicForgeStudio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from participation in the Program.

11. Amendments

MusicForgeStudio reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.

Updated versions will be published on the official website and shall become effective immediately upon publication.

12. Privacy

Personal data collected through the Ambassador Application Form will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and the MusicForgeStudio Privacy Policy, available at:

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Italian Republic.

Any dispute arising from or relating to the Ambassador Program shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Italian courts, unless otherwise required by mandatory applicable law.
