Daniele Sardone was born in 1988. After graduating with honors under the guidance of Domenico Ascione, he continued his studies with Carlo Marchione at the Maastricht Conservatory, where he obtained his Konzert Diplom Cum Laude. He worked as teacher for seven years at the Santa Cecilia Conservatory in Rome. At the same time, he also worked at the Conservatories of Benevento, Lecce, and Foggia, where he currently holds a position. His work with the Duo Scarlatti (Nicola Pignatiello) has led him to perform at the most important festivals in Italy, Europe, the United States, and Canada. In recent years, he has devoted himself to composition, writing music for guitar and other instruments. He currently has two solo albums to his credit (Works For Guitar Solo and Evening Songs) and a solo piano album (Scene di un film mai girato), containing 10 preludes, played by pianist Pietro Gallo, and an album of jazz paraphrases of ancient arias written for the Reimagining duo (Flicorno & Pianoforte – Dario Doronzo and Pietro Gallo with the special participation of the great Gabriele Mirabassi on clarinet), taking this music to the USA, Australia, Turkey, Portugal, France, and Sweden. He has also published two collections of original music for guitar for the Japanese publisher Da Vinci: a triptych inspired by the paintings of Edward Hopper and a set of preludes dedicated to migrants crossing the Mediterranean. Together with Luigi Staffieri and Danilo Delli Carri, he forms the Amistad guitar trio, with the aim of promoting a new repertoire performed on historical instruments by the great Spanish luthiers Santos Hernandez, Domingo Esteso, and José Ramirez I.
